This website is operated by Meemento LLC, doing business as Joyful Keeps (“Joyful Keeps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Joyful Keeps offers this website, including its information, features, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”), subject to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”).

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use to offer products and Services to you.

By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

These Terms do not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

Products must be used and installed according to their provided instructions, warnings, and intended uses. Stop using a product if it appears damaged, unsafe, or unsuitable for its intended use.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms. An automated order-confirmation message acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance or shipment.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• Pricing or inventory errors

• Product unavailability

• Shipping restrictions

• Suspected unauthorized resale activity

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Prices may change without notice. A price change will not alter an accepted order unless you agree to the change or a correction is permitted by applicable law.

Some Joyful Keeps products may be stored, prepared, or shipped directly by third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners.

To fulfill an order, we may provide these partners with the customer’s name, delivery address, contact information, and order details, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Products from the same order may arrive in separate packages or at different times.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state that a date is guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, customs, weather, supply interruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot ship within the time stated in our Shipping Policy or otherwise required by law, we will provide the notice and options required by applicable law.

Customers should contact Joyful Keeps, not the supplier, regarding order problems.

Please review our Shipping Policy for information about delivery estimates, tracking, address changes, delayed packages, and lost or damaged shipments.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged-item claims, and order cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Do not return a product to the address printed on its shipping package. Contact support@joyfulkeeps.com first for authorization and the correct return instructions.

Certain products may be ineligible for return after opening or use for health, hygiene, safety, customization, or final-sale reasons, as explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in that policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

6. Customer Accounts

If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity occurring through your account.

Where liability may legally be limited, our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other non-waivable rights under applicable law.
